Contact Feedback does not work

HI, registered yesterday and added a post. Doing a search as recommended here did absolutely nothing.... I tried to submit a feedback, and entered a few codes, typing them correctly, and constantly told to wrong code and to check it. I tried both cases sensitively and nothing. perhaps you better check your forum for glitches? also what happened to my post?
P. S. Why as a registered member does one have to type in those codes anyway just to submit a Feedback?

Because if not it is easier for people to fake being "you" when submitting feedback.

According to the logs you were able to register with correct image the first time.

The CAPTCHA images are on the easiest setting.

I don't see any record of you trying to submit feedback, what URL did you use?
