Help Contact image query

I have a lot of my facebook contacts synced with my phonebook. This cleverly pulls over profile pictures, however when I place a call and the image is blown up it looks crap because it's so low res.

Any way round this? I could of course manually attach HQ images but then that wouldn't update when they change profile pictures as happens now.

This is a fairly common complaint when using Google Contacts. Even via the web interface, all heck is compressed out of the contact images and they look terrible as a result.

As far as I'm aware, there's no fix.

Syncmypix has a high res option, couldn't tell you if it fixes this though.

Some of mine don't look so bad so maybe it does...

I used that before on Desire, it did work, just complicated, forgot about that....cheers!

Google should sort this out though, what's the point if it doesn't function well?
