Help Contact info showing up as unknown

I switched from a android sprint phone to Droid x. I did not log out my google account before i logged in the new phone. All my contacts are there on my new phone but when someone calls me in my contacts it shows up as unknown. What could be the problem?

If the caller is calling from a line that doesn't give out the phone number than your phone won't be able to affiliate the caller with your contact. Try having them call you on another phone line to see if the phone number shows, but I am sure it's the line they are calling from doesn't give out their phone number.
