Help Contact Information Back-Up

How long does it take for my contacts to back-up on my Gmail account online? I had to switch them around last night because my work email is google based and it was the first one loaded on my phone. I did a factory reset and loaded my personal gmail account first and have the back-up set to it.

So, you previously had your phone synced with your Work Gmail addy? Therefore your contact data was synced with that account. Those contacts are still on your Work Gmail account.

Now that you have reset the phone and you have your Personal Gmail synced with the phone... you will only get the contacts that are in your Personal Gmail address book.

If there are contacts on your Work Gmail that aren't in your Personal Gmail account... you have to add them. This can be done all through your desktop... you can probably export and then import between the 2 accounts. Never done it before though...

Or... maybe you can add the Work Gmail account and it will sync both sets of contacts... saving you the export/import steps.

Ive done that but I want my contacts to be backed up on my personal Gmail addy not my work one...I added my personal addy as the primary 1st account when I did a full system factory restore...so I am wondering how long it takes for my contacts to back up on my personal gmail account.
