Help contact missing

[hixhix]

Hi,

My phone is nexus s with android 2.3.2.

Since I added my gmail account, all new contacts are not displayed though they're still there (when they call, I can see their names and when I look at the call log, I can view/edit their contacts. However in contact list, I dont see these contacts at all). I tried to disable/enable contact sync but it didnt help.

Anyone know what my problem is? Thanks.

It's something about groups, I don't remember exactly what.

Check which groups the contacts are in on the phone and on the web.

I don't use groups, but if I remember correctly Android OS does not see/separate them. As far as I know, you'll need all of your contacts down in the main contacts section for them to appear on your phone.
