contact storage size

HI all

I have posted about this before. I only have about 50 contacts in my contacts. It is not linked to Facebook or friend stream. Why is it taking up 6mb? This sounds a lot. I can't understand it.how can I solve it? Will clear data delete everything? What about move contacts to SD?

6MB is nothing. If you clear it it will build straight back up to that.

If you're that tight on memory, you really need to start looking into alternative solutions imo

I know, I always said I would root after Christmas.

6mb does sound a lot for a few phone numbers though. A 10 page word doc can be less than 1mb

Anyone else have any ideas. SUrely if you can fit your contacts on a sim, they are not 6mb
