Contact syncing question

So the DROID easily synced up with FB and gmail (awesome btw) but I was wondering if I can move my facebook contacts over to google. The majority of my contacts were imported from FB because I accidentally wiped my old phone, and both google and FB are set to sync, but I see that my contacts present on the phone were not added to google.

Anyone know how to do this?

Also, what is the deal with not being able to add number contacts to people with iPhones? You have to type in their name manually and it doesn't merge normally with FB like non-iPhone users. If you add it manually it will mix the contacts and then you lose their photo - very weird.
