Help Contact Transfer via Bluetooth - HELP!

So I transferred my contacts from my old Alias 2 to my new Droid Bionic and now they're in the Bionic's files and I can't figure out how to send the files to update my contacts. Please help!
 
Were the contacts that you transferred individual name card (.vcf) files, or was it a single spreadsheet (.csv) or database (.xml) file?

Your best bet would be to get the contacts into a .csv through Excel and then import them through your Google account.
