Contacts - "Add Another Field" Feature

New to S4, the contacts feature is not showing "Add Another Field" when editing a contact. Is there a setting or something I need to do to show this?

I don't recall needing to change any settings. I just went into a contact and tapped edit and at the bottom of the entire edit screen the button to add a field is showing up.
