Help Contacts and facebook (do not want)

How do I stop this? In the contact list itself I have my contacts, but when I goto dial a number, it lists my regular contacts and all 400 of my facebook contacts!!! I do not want this and I've looked everywhere I can think of to "unlink" this

please help

On your phone, go to the Contacts List. Next, select Menu. Next, select View. You should now see a list of all the different types of contact lists that you have on your phone. You should see Facebook For HTC Sense and possibly also just "Facebook". If there is a checkmark next to either one of these, you need to uncheck these options. Now you should no longer see your entire list of Facebook friends listed under Contacts. Hope this helps.

On the atrix, adding a facebook account to MotoBlur automatically imports all of your facebook contacts into your contact folder. To get rid of this, i just removed my facebook account from motoblur. I still have facebook App and widget installed. works fine for me.

*QUESTION:
Is there anyway to link ACTUAL contacts to facebook account without importing ALL facebook contacts?
I'd like to have my DESIRED contact's photos and info linked, but (like i mentioned above), adding facebook account to phone caused full import. solutions?

In the contacts list I was only viewing contacts from the phone but it still showed. What I did was goto the Accounts and Sync area and removed facebook for htc sense and that took care of the problem.

If you link all you contacts (the phone should suggest what to link too), it will only show them once when they are all linked.
