My boss has a Samsung Galaxy S4, and it is having an issue with a single contact. When he puts the contact into his outlook, it will not sync to his phone. When he puts the contact into his phone, it will sync to outlook, but will remove it from the phone. We have tried test adds, and those work perfectly fine, it is just the one contact. Anyone have any suggestions to get it working properly?
