Help Contacts and Sms restore to device problem

Hello...

I had taken a backup from Samsung Galaxy3 to my pc(window 7) with the file extension for Message is .SME

and for Contacts is .CSV and .SPB

These are the default extension given by Samgung Kies!

But..as of now... im not able to restore back...my messages and contacts to the phone!!

please help me out...with some kind of suggestions, regarding how to restore again....the messages and contact numbers.
