Help Contacts deleted during Gingerbread Update

Hello all,

My girlfriend updated her HTC Evo 4G to gingerbread a short while ago and it seems to have deleted all of her contacts...has anyone else run into this problem?

It appears that her contacts were not synced/backed up using the available services, does anyone else know of a possible fix for this?

Any help would be much appreciated

By available services, do you mean they were never sync'd with Google? If they were never set up and saved anywhere ...I don't think there is a way to get them back. Have you checked her Gmail account on your PC? Or did she use another provider?
