I have been using a Samsung GT 15500 for a few months. I know it isn't rated very highly but it's my first smartphone and has been fine until a strange fault which has developed recently.
I have suddenly found I cannot access my contacts directory. When I use the touchscreen and press on a letter nothing happens. However when I put a name or no. in the 'To' field of a text message, the contact appears.
I am finding this really annoying and wondered if anyone has a solution.
