Help Contacts display options

For many of my contacts I have 3 name fields filled, namely Firstname, Lastname and Suffix. In suffix, I put in their names in asian characters. In web view, the names get displayed exactly as what I would expect by which I mean in this order (note the proper spacing between fields):

Firstname Lastname Suffix

Firstname & Lastname are alphabets only and suffix are asian characters. However, on the nexus S, all the contacts which have the suffix filled show up as (note the lack of spacing):

SuffixLastnameFirstname

Is there a way to make it display on the nexus S the same way as in web view? My nexus contacts app is set to display "first name first". But even changing it to "last name first" does not make a difference for the contacts with suffix filled.

Moreover, for these contacts, they also get displayed in the wrong part of the contact list! For example, for someone with the last name "Wong" and the suffix filled, instead of the "W" section of the contacts, they get put into the "H" section (presumably because Google is so "smart" they translated the Wong (cantonese) into Huang (mandarin)). But let me say this is a pain in the neck! They are way over thinking things and making things worse instead of better!! Of course, those contacts with last name "Wong" but no suffix get put in the right section!

Thanks.

Patrick.
