Help Contacts - Facebook

Hello, I just upgraded to gingerbread and all of a sudden whenever I'm going to send a text to a specific person, I usually type in their name, I saw peoples numbers from which I have on Facebook. So I went to my contact list and none of those people are in my actual contact list. Is there any way I can get rid of seeing these peoples numbers? Because if I dont have them in my phone already I really dont want them in it now.

Open the Facebook app , hit the menu button (the one on the far left) choose settings, scroll to the bottom, hit sync contacts and choose don't sync.
