Help Contacts Icon Disappeared from Bottom Menu

Hello, I was replying to a text today and when I went to send it, the contacts Icon disappeared from the bottom menu bar. I still have all my contacts through "Phone", however, I would still like it!

How do I get it back? I saw in one post to go to Apps - Edit and drag it. First, where is "Apps" to start this process?

They ment "Applications", I was looking for just "Apps". I finally found it.
