Help Contacts issue.

I have had my Desire for 3 days now and this is the first problem I have had with it. Rather disappointing really.


What seems to have happened is that after changing some of the "groups" in the People app, some contacts have been deleted.

It appears to be a majority from 1 group, however some are still there.

I have tried getting it to re-sync with my Gmail contacts (which is where they are still stored and have not been deleted from there) but to no avail.

Does anyone know how I could go about doing this, the last thing I want to do is have to enter them manually. (It's about 30 contacts).

If I was to attach the contacts to an email and send it to myself would that work?

Are you sure they've been deleted? If you move someone into a group, they disappear out your all contacts list, but there's a longer list you can search through.

If you make any changes to your google contacts, they will be reflected in your phone when you next sync.
