Help Contacts not synching with car bluetooth

I have a '13 Nissan Altima 3.5SV with technology package. Does anyone else have problems with their car incorrectly synching with their S4 contact list? Mine with not synch correct anymore, as it did at first.

I have a Holden Captiva with phone and bluetooth package and despite the function being available and saying it's loading contacts, it does it the first time but never seems to "stick". Very frustrating

Mine will try to load 1000 contacts, but fails. I only have between 100 and 200 contacts. Not sure what is up with this.
