Help Contacts not syncing

Love my DNA, but I'm having perennial problems with my Gmail Contacts not syncing, see attached. I have both a personal and google apps/business Gmail account, and both are set to sync with my device, both give me problems. Never had this problem with my old T-bolt.

Any ideas?

1. Export your contacts on G Contacts web (just in case).
2. Erase all contacts on your phone
3. Reboot the phone which should start the sync process again

Not sure this will work, but it did for me a while back.

I did it exactly like you said... and unfortunately it did not work, getting same sync error. But then I took the shotgun approach and deleted both my google accounts from the device, and then re-entered them and re-synced them both... and it is syncing correctly now. Which is good.
