Help Contacts photo syncing

Is there any way to have my contacts synced with facebook without having the photos sync? I keep editing the contacts to a gallery photo, but whenever someone changes their facebook photo, it overrides my choice! It's driving me nuts!!!

i think one of the point of syncing contacts to facebook is to add the picture. for me, thats what I do.

if you unlink them to FB HTC Sense, and add your personal photo of them, it wont update automatically.
