I assume you've already downloaded the facebook app. if not, download it. I'm referring to the one directly from facebook, not the "Facebook for LG" one. Open it up, and click on the upper left corner--it may say "facebook", or it may say "News Feed" or something. Once you do and the next page loads, it should be a grid of 9 icons, and a notifications bar at the bottom. Push the menu button, and choose settings. scroll down to the bottom on the settings page and choose "Sync Contacts". On that page, you can select "Sync all" to sync everyone in your FB to your phone. It sounds like this is what you need since you say FB is the only place that has your contact info.
If that's not the case, you can choose "Sync with existing contacts" which will only add FB info to people already in your contacts list.
The above will achieve your goal for now, but I highly recommend that you take the time to gather all that info, and then log into your google account on a computer, and create all those contacts in your google account. once you do, sync your new google contacts with your phone (assuming you have already added that same google account to your phone). Doing this will allow you to edit contact information as necessary. FB contact info is not editable in your contacts app, but google contact info is.
