I'm a Galaxy Note 5 owner and I'm having problem with my contacts.
I'll add a new contact and it dissapears a moment later. I've tried everything... I double check that it's under my "google" account instead of device or anywhere else (all my contacts are on my google account for easy access), I make sure I actually click SAVE and that it's under the right name. I feel like I've troubleshooted this as much as I can by myself.
I also googled and found that if I re-set my google account through my settings, it helps. But it lasts about a month or two of working and then I have a client text me again, I save the number and bam, gone again. It's extremely aggravating! What's the point of a smart phone if basic functions don't even work?
Does anyone have a fix for this? I'm desperate!
