Help content filtering settings

I had yahoo installed on my HTC WILDFIRE with androind 2.2 verson. I had deleted it within a week but when i went to reinstall yahoo from internet and android market it is asking me to see CONTENT FILTERING. I am unable to find content filtering on my phone.. so can anyone help me installing yahoo messenger on my phone.

It can be found in Market, Settings, to be able to install all application set it to "All".
