Help Content Filtering?

I was in the Play Store and was going to download an app that I had on the phone once and had removed. This time, I got an error message saying my content filtering options prevented me from downloading the app.

I can't find anything in settings about content filtering and never turned it on intentionally. Where/how can I turn it off?

thanks in advance.

I've never seen this before on a V, ever...

Are you rooted and using a custom ROM? My V is on bigsupersquid's KitKat ROM, the internal version.

Just went to look... you need to check all the boxes in Play Store > Settings > Content Filtering. Then you should be able to download anything you want from the Play Store, as long as it works with whatever Android OS you have on your V.
