Help Continuous force closing on boot

Upon booting up my Incredible I get the error message "The application GO Launcher EX (process android.process.acore) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." along with the force close option; when the option is selected I just receive the same message again and again. Due to this, I have no way of actually using my phone once I get past the lock screen (when the force close messages start popping up). Any help is appreciated.
 
Thanks a lot for that help, the safe mode managed to remove the app, hopefully that is the end of that. Although now I need to figure out why the majority of my apps are force closing on me though, any possible suggestions with that?

Just as a future reference as well, to anyone, the guide to activate safe mode didn't work for me; so I checked verizon's website for information on it. You have to hold the down volume button, the menu button as well as the optical joystick at the HTC screen until the phone gets to the home screen.
 
it's possible your sd card/internal storage became corrupted for some reason. The only way to fix it is to uninstall every app that is force closing and reinstall them.
You may also want to copy all the contents off your sd card to another location, format the card, the copy everything back to the card.
