Control music while locked?

[durangojim]

Is there a way, like with the Incredible and the Fascinate to control music you're listening to while locked on the lock screen? Is this part of blur or do you have to dl a 3rd party app to make that happen?
Thanks.

it's part of Blur - you can go back and forth to next/previous song, and pause/play

with the screen on at the lock screen you can do what quickaudi said above. with the screen off you can only control the volume.

Thank you both. Thinking about moving from my incredible and want to get as much info as possible.

Not only can you control music from the stock screen, but an app like WidgetLocker lets you add any kind of widget to the lock screen, making your control options basically only limited by the developers' ability to write widgets.
