Control phone through computer?

Newbie
I have looked but can only find apps that let you use the phone as the keyboard/mouse. I am looking for something that will pull the phone screen up on the computer monitor and let me do the apps on the phone using the computer keyboard and mouse.
Is there anything out there like this?

THIS app will let you somewhat control your phone through a computer.
 
I hope you understand. I moved this so you would have more access to info. Please don't take me out of your will. :p :)
 
I should probably cut you a bigger slice of the pie for helping me out. I wasn't sure where to post it and didn't really word my question above correctly. It should have asked for setting in the DX or a known app.
