Help Conversation screen or option on HTC Evo 4g?

I'm trying to debug my custom app on an Evo. I'm not familiar with the Evo. At some point a screen titled or starting with the word "Conversation" is being launched by my user.

Can anybody recall where I might see the word "Conversation" on an Evo?

Email? People? Settings?

In the threaded view of the Mail app the heading at the top is "Conversations". That's the only place I can think of.

I saw that and maybe that's titled conversation behind the scenes. I'm thnking it's something else.
