I have coploit live pro also, but don't know the version (latest). It works just fine on my note 2.
What ever is on the market is working. Did you register it? Did you install the maps (2gb).

I've used co-pilot for a few years now, and I've been using co-pilot Live on the note2, it works perfectly.
What exactly isn't working on yours?
you must install the app, and then upon starting up the app for first time, you just need to set the preferences up, and download the UK map which is 200mb via wifi

I have Copilot Live 8 apk app on a DVD along with my Registration and an EU map (1.88Gb) but it is the 8.2.0.218.version which is probably not now up to-date
On the Desire I downloaded the apk file to the SD card then used Astro File manager to install it The note 2 appears to install it OK and puts up the Copilot icon but when I click on this I just get a static screen and nothing else happens.
