Help Copy and paste text off the internet

How do I copy and paste text off the internet? I'm pretty sure I copied some text earlier and it saved to my clip board but now I can't find my clip board...anybody know what I'm talking about that can help me out here?

After copying the text, go create a new text message, tap and hold in the message box and you should see "paste" as an option.
