Long press in a text box, if there's something in the clipboard to paste, usually brings up a "Paste" toast. How to copy depends on where you're copying from. In some apps you just highlight the text and long press it and you'll get a menu with Copy as one of the items. In others, there's a copy icon somewhere. Or it's a menu item.
