How do you copy and paste on this device? Like copying and pasting a web link or text from a website?

I had a S3 before my Z1 and om the S3 it was just a matter of long pressing on what you wanted to copy and paste.

It should be the same? Try double tapping then long pressing, that sometimes brings up the markers for you to set your start and end points.
