Help Copy APPs?

I received my replacement phone and i need to copy my apps over to the new phone. I can get to them thru astro. But how do i copy them to at least the SD card? I have a bunch of paid apps and want to keep them.

You can use titanium backup, but you need to be rooted, so not sure if thats an option.

If these are apps purchased via the Market, they will still be available for you (free of charge) assuming you register the phone with the same gmail account.
