This is strange but as stated ever text copied in Amy app brings an error reporting report page for each app, anyone else getting this or it my clipboard cashews issue?

I am also experiencing the same issue. Did some digging, a lot of samsung galaxy s3 users had the same issue and only were able to fix it with full factory reset

KIES is the Samsung mobile and tablet backup and restore software on your PC. It not able to backup the "Network & other"preferences even after todays update. Other Music, Video & APPS backup did work so it's an option if"My Backup" don't work!

lt looks like this issue is not resolved with the Jellybean upgrade for the Galaxy s3 users with the same problem so I guess it's time for somebody with programming skills to write write a script program that is able to access this hidden folders that the rooted users are able to clear manually to restore the clipboard forus non rooted android devices?
I had the exact same problem. Same thing happens with the Galaxy SIII as well. Has to be a TouchWiz thing. Basically you have to root it. Use a file explorer with root privileges. ES File Explorer with Root Priv turned on from the settings should work.
You have to delete the data that is on the clipboard which is stored in a root only folder. After you delete the data you clean a cache for a specific app afterwards, you should be fine.
I found instructions on how to do it on a Galaxy SIII forum. I don't remember the specifics because it has been a while. Hopefully this gives you enough info that you can find the post I found with Google.
After I did it, the problem has never returned for me. That was so aggravating.
