Help copy/paste on reply

I may be missing something, but I can't figure it out how to copy text from a quote when replying to an email using the Froyo built in email app, can anybody help?

copy and pasting anything would be great, i tried an app but it didn't work

i asked that question yesterday. one of my replies was this
"Press menu then "more" then "select text". Just drag your finger over the text you'd like to copy then long press and select paste."

"More" is not an option on my menu.
