Help Copy & paste

Hi all how do i do this from a web page i get the 4x arrows with options on the top but not sure wat to do after that!!! Thanx

touch each arrow and drag it so whatever you want to copy is highlighted then press the scissor icon at the top to cut.

The scissors is on ics, if youre on GB still it will be something else but cant remember what it was on that now
