Do you mean copying and pasting certain blocks of text within an email for example or do you mean actual full document files being copied and pasted into a different folder? If you mean the former, then Android can handle copying and pasting already.

If you need to copy and paste full documents into different folders on your Sprint HTC Hero, then you will need a file manager. I would recommend something like Astro File Manager.
