copying attachment to SD card failed

I had an SD card but realized I wasn't using it so I decide to take it out. When I try to save mms (pictures from text) I receive the: copying attachment to SD card failed when trying to save...is there a way to change this or change location?

The phone haven't been rooted --if this information is need or applies to the situation.

never mind figured it out the messaging app i was using was messing it up. So I tried saving it from the default messaging program and it worked.

Sorry for creating the thread than solving the issue. Thread can be deleted if deem necessary

Thats great, actually using the default messages will solve the problem for you.
