Help Copying files from PC to SD card is very slow

I had a Class 4 32 GB card and it was painfully slow to move files to my Tab 2 10.1 (P5110), so I bought a Class 10 32 GB card and it's not much faster, if at all.

It takes 23 minutes to copy a 4.36 GB file.

Is this normal?

I use an sd card reader, I noticed that it's a lot faster a long time ago.

Tested it with a USB adapter, takes 4m 30s

Got same speed on USB 3.0 port.
