Help copying on SD card

I got a big problem.
I use android file manager to copy some files to my extern SD card in my huawei.
But It won't work.
When I put the sd card directly in my Imac it is possible to copy but when I put the card back in the huawei,I can't see the files I copied!!!
What can be the problem?

what format are the files? There is a possibility your device does not have an app that can open any of these files.

It is a file of a groundmap for view ranger gps app that I have installed.
I have some strange issues here with sd card in the huawei.

I have a solution for the problem.
I have to make my SD card the standard location and than I can copy files to my sd card.
But when I use tomtom I have to make the internal memory the standard location.
Very strange but this works anyway.
