Help copying videos files to droid X

i just converted a dvd with the great program handbrake to MP4 format. i have my droid x connected USB to windows 7 pc. when i copy it over to the SD card on the phone, windows ask if i want to converted (recommended) to WMV. which should i choose? does it matter? does the video degrade?

No, don't convert it. The phone plays .mp4 videos.
