Corp / Exchange E-mail Eearch Problem

Hello, I cannot find the answer online for this. When I do a search on my corp e-mail it always says no matches. It never works. Anyone have a solution?

Stupid idea, but do you have it set up to download the appropriate timetables worth of content? (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, etc) It may be that the content you are searching for isn't there because it wasn't sync'ed...

I have it set to download 1 month. I tried to do a search with an email thats right on the screen, and it would not even load.
