Help Corp Synch issues after software update

I updated my Atrix software and having issues with Corporate Synch (it was working well prior to the upgrade)

All my existing emails got deleted.
I cannot download any emails, it tries to synch i don't get any emails (and there are emails to be downloaded)
I have sent a couple of test emails, and they are going out, but I don't see any of the emails I send out in the sent folder.
I am not having any issues with my other email accounts

I have tried asking for help from Motorola, and I was asked to do a master reset or get a new phone, but not sure if I want to go this route.

Any recommendations on how I can resolve this issue?

You'll have to give us a few clues as to what you are attempting to do, and the settings. I'm using Exchange with out issues; both before and after the 1.4.57 upgrade.

If you don't want to a factory reset (don't blame you....) then did you try removing the Exchange account, then re-adding it? Just for grinds, did you check with corporate IT staff to ensure they did not change any settings?

I tried your recommendation of removing and re-adding the exchange account, and I got it to work
