Help Corporate email deletion sync

I've got a few corporate accounts on my Nexus 7. They are all set to push. The problem I am running into is that deletions aren't getting synced to the server immediately. Sometimes hours will go by before the server reflects my deletions.
I am experiencing this slow deletion syncing with Exchange 07, 10, and 13.

Is this normal?
