Help Corporate Outlook Contact Sync

I love my Droid X but have one issue that has me on the brink of insanity trying to resolve...
I use corporate sync with our corporate Outlook 2007 server. I have individuals as contacts and I had an entry for the Company itself called "Company Name" that had several telephone numbers associated with it (main toll free number, toll free number for my local office, voicemail, etc.). I had a BB Storm before and all contacts showed up just as they are in Outlook. When the Outlook sync happened to my Droid X, the "Company Name" contact disappeared. After looking around it seems like it was merged with an entry for an individual in my contacts that works for the company. I tried entering the "Company Name" contact directly into the Droid X and the same thing happens, poof! assimilated! I even tried naming the contact "Work" instead of "Company Name" because I thought that linking might be matching the contact name with the company name in the individual profiles and consolidating them.

This is driving me bonkers!!! I suspect the linking functionality has something to do with it but am not sure. I just know it is a pain not to be able to put the numbers I access so frequently in as a contact. I really need to resolve this and ANY help or wisdom would be appreciated!! Thanks.

Ouch! I am afraid if no one here knows a solution, then I am stuck with this irritating problem. I called Motorola Tech Support and got a standard "how to unlink Contacts" instruction sheet. They need a "how to disable linking" instruction sheet but I am afraid there is no way to do so. They really missed the mark on this functionality. I do not need a handheld editing my contacts!
