Help corporate password requirements

I just synched to my corporate Outlook today and it forced me to set a password that must be: at least 8 characters, at least 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character.
Bottom line, it's a huge pain to unlock every time!!!
Anyone know of a workaround for this?
I could deal with a 4 or 6 digit password. But 8 with letters, numbers and characters is just ridiculous.

I'm not optimistic but it can't hurt to ask.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Stock. I'm a total noob when it comes to IT stuff. And I'm not interested in rooting the phone to solve this problem. I would remove the corporate email first. I just thought there might be some "trick" that someone knows about. But when I go to "security" to change the password, this message pops up describing the "password rules".
