Corporate Sync Issue - IP Address as Server

Hey guys,

I have looked all over the internet (including MOTO and this site) and have not found a resolution to the problem of entering an IP address for your exchange server in Corporate Sync.

All anyone says is "put in the .com name" or completely misses the point altogether. The IP address is the only way to access the server, no .com name, and all the Droid X says is "The server address should be correctly formatted"

I am also using a Droid X. When I set up my Corporate Sync in the Server Box I did not put in the IP address of the server. If my company name was ABC, I put in mail.abc.com for the server. Hope that helps.
