Root correct way of installing hybrid v3 rom for best results

hey guys i created this topic so poeple with problem like my can benefit from this rom
i was facing a lot of lag after flashing this rom but a few steps were neccesary which boosted the rom

Just open the ROM zip.
Go to system>etc>init.d
And delete all scripts except these
1.link2sd(if present)
2.apps2sd
3.banner
4.zipalign
5.Megascript
thanks varun for these steps

delete all other scripts which are present use a desktop or a laptop to edit the file
after u hav done this much
replace ur megascript file with this one

now In recovery, n recovery mod clear out ur
1. factory reset
2. wipe cache
3. advanced->wipe dalvik cache thanks mastermind for these steps
4.flash the ROM

it is giving me a quadrant score of 800+ on avg and by using task killer and then runing teset it reaches 850

this should do the trick the mobile is moving like a train :D

Plz state if LINK2SD works in both ROM or not!
So i can proceed with flashing ROM..

also tell d max time of battery u used in both ROM's. U r d best to tell as u always reply to every post in forum so it will be very moderate use.. .. .. .. ..

I used hybrid 1 for only 2 days.
On hybrid I got nearly 7 hours and 20 mins of constant internet access on gsm network
Don't know about standby as I shifted to hybrid 2.
I didn't use hybrid 3 yet.
I get on an average the same on hybrid 2.
Well u can try hybrid 3 and review it.
We are waiting for a perfect review.
Now all problems are solved on hybrid 3.

ROM performance, battery life, Flash etc basic check karen aani mag revert karen..

I have used hybrid 1,2 & now on 3.I have also used ashwa v1.
among these,ashwa rom was worst in terms of battery otherwise good.
Hybrid 1 was the best without flash.Good battery too.v2 is not in comparison,just forget it.
N as now I m on hybrid 3,i m quite satisfied with battery.I disconnected charger around 11.30 n as i m writing this it's around 6...n battery is at 72% with average use(10-15 calls of around 2-3 min duration,whatsapp running all the time n msging all the time,no music,no vibrations,no games;viber,yahoo mail,gmail,facebook running in background)
And battery was just 5% used in my whole sleeptime(6 hours,whatsapp,viber,yahoo mail,gmail,facebook running in background.)
In my opinion Hybrid 1 & 3 are best.If u don't need flash go for v1 otherwise v3.

Hi that helped a lot ! just, had a query like mega script is not inbuilt in v1 then too it is better than v3 in terms of performance?
2.) i will *never* use flash on phone then is it like v1 will give better performance ? or they give the same >

Nope.
According to me and reviews v3 is better.
What do you say gautam & everyone.
Second answer is v3 is much better than V1 in terms of facilities as well as performance.
V3 dominates V1 in all terms.
 
Yeah agree on all facts posted here..... but I am working for hybrid v 1.3 means I will upgrade v1 with superb tweaks and many facts u'll hear n realise...

Egz :
1) have u ever faces this : on call wish to see time or add conference, remove ur phone from ear but black screen doeant go..well here's solution dor it in next update
2) ever faced this : ur friends make a call to u and u realise ur phone rings after 2-3 secs
3) are u sick of using task killers or any other battery or cpu sliders app? Well there's a sol for it too
4) sd-ext working perfectly installed 54apps and on 149mb free :)
5) well there are lot more just wait for it...

These tweaks are already there in build.prop i have made
I think U meant to do that only.
 
I studied it ... all are not there buddy :) well its appreciable on ur part too , but I have created a scripts containing 20 scripts in it...well u may think it will slow the boot but added a script for it too :p

All are present.
Just point out some which are absent via pm and you have already seen the result of double values.

I agree with varun.I also dont use flash but I m on hybrid v3 coz it's better in terms of performance n battery.

Now no need to follow the steps on this thread,newer rom without extra scripts has been uploaded n link has been updated to rom thread.
