Cosmetic questions with folders/clock/battery

Few minor questions about tweaking the look of the phone, and I am unrooted.

1. How can I change a folder name? I create a new folder on a screen and drop about 10 apps in it, how do I name the folder? Also, can I change the folder icon without being rooted?

2. Is there a way to disable the clock on the top right? If not, no big deal.

3. I asked this yesterday in a seperate thread, but am throwing it in here about the battery percent in the notification bar...can I get one that is on the right side of the bar?

4. To change App icons, such as the Market app to the black Market app, do I have to be rooted for that too?

Maybe I just need the motivation to root it, my D1 was rooted...I'll get there soon.

Change folder name by long-pressing the top of the folder.

Thanks, got that done.

Also, for anyone that knows, is there a way to have the bottom bar transparent (Where there is the Apps, PHONE, Personalize)...
...well actually I know there is a way, I have seen it in the 'show me your screens' thread...do I have to be rooted for that too?

If not, how do I do it?
